He looks as if he has been raiding garbage bins and dumpsters looking for soft food and now he needs some serious dentistry-sadly this is the fault of we humans. :)
Well, he was a captive bear so maybe he is old, or his tooth issue is why he lives there. So no garbage bins for him hopefully! -Corby
