What is the shape of goodbye?
I do not want to leave you
with those pictures
fleeting passages
of shadows that fly
across my face
I will never lose my desire
to kiss you
Remember me
picturing flowers
holding falcons
laughing anyway
As I will remember you
talking to owls
offering cookies
giving direction
and tenderly taking hold
of my little dreams
