Come with me, let me share this with you. Between the mountains we see grassy marshes with yellow green water lilies. Many ducks, grebes, and pipers find sanctuary in them. If you look closely you can see battered salmon slowly swimming under the surface. Their journey ends as ours begins...

So glad you're back, yes I did miss ya! I have been remiss in visiting your Blog every night, but I'm catching up now. What a beautiful wild place is Alaska!
I have been busy trying to find inspiration for my Blog posts, hope you will visit when you have the time. :) xoxox

Dianne,

Alaska was amazing, I am finding it difficult to be home again. I will check out your blog, I can relate it is difficult to find inspiration at times.

Jean,
You should go someday, it is worth the trip. Be careful though it was cold and damp even in the summer! I had to wear a wool sweater in August. This may of course sound good to you being a Southern gal.
